Ticket sales at Erindale Theatre are delivered by individual vendors. Please see the sellers terms and conditions on the site where you booked or access more information via the sellers website, connected on our What’s On page.

Unfortunately, if you’ve missed your show we cannot provide you a ticket to another show. You will need to purchase another ticket.

Babies under 3 years that do not require a seat and can be held or seated in your lap, do not require a separate ticket. Babies older than 3 years are required to have a paid ticket.

You should receive communications to the email you supplied at the time of purchasing your ticket. If you have not received an email you will be able to contact the seller via their website or retail platform. These are connected on our What’s On page.
